Now, analyze your results. In a typed document, go through the report and identify which nutrients you are deficient or low in. Then, research what foods you can eat to get those nutrients and be more healthy. The final paper should be at least a page long, double spaced and outline any lifestyle changes you'll make. Link them to the specific nutrient deficiencies you have according to the report. If you disagree with the report, you may outline why in the paper. Turn it in by emailing it to the address above. 4.
